Refund Policy
We have a 15-business-day return policy, which means you have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@nosestrip.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you'll be eligible for a full refund in store credits or receive your money back via your original payment method. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.
If you received a faulty item, please contact support@nosestrip.co.uk within 15 business days of receiving your order. Include the following details:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are only accepted before your order has been shipped and a tracking number issued.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
We do not offer refunds or returns if:
- You provided an incorrect address.
- You did not pick up the package on time and it was returned to us.
